5. Test Kits & Analysis
Omiver wellness testing kits must be used in strict accordance with the instructions included in the package. You understand and agree that:
- Samples must be sent to our designated independent laboratory partner within the specified time limits.
- Failure to follow guidelines may lead to sample degradation and inaccurate or void results.
- You authorize Omiver to retrieve biomarker results from our laboratory partners to compile your reports.
6. Prohibited Uses
You agree not to use the platform or Services to:
- Violate any local, state, national, or international laws or regulations.
- Impersonate any person or entity, or misrepresent your affiliation with a person or entity.
- Interfere with or disrupt the servers, networks, or API integrations supporting Omiver.
- Attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or extract the algorithmic logic of the Omiver platform.
- Upload or transmit viruses, malware, or malicious tracking scripts.
7. Limitation of Liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, OMIVER NUTRITION AND ITS DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, AND PARTNERS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY DIRECT, INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR EXEMPLARY DAMAGES.
